Paige Ballengee is a psychotherapist, owner of local Cincinnati practice, Holistic Therapy and Healing (est. 2016), yoga teacher, and mother. Holos House is her life dream and heart-project with the mission of creating a healing epicenter and community in Cincinnati. Her passions are leading retreats, groups and workshops, working with individual clients, as well as family and motherhood.

Kristen Kelly is a journalist, philanthropist, yoga teacher, and mother of three. After relocating from New York City to Cincinnati in 2019, she launched Mom School, a top-rated parenting podcast that has since been featured in People, Parents, The New York Post, and Scary Mommy. Deeply passionate about maternal mental health and giving back to the community, Kristen now co-leads women’s empowerment retreats while actively expanding the positive impact of Holos House.

Ashlie is a Licensed professional clinical counselor and supervisor. After graduating from Xavier University in 2017, her mental health extended outside of the traditional talk therapy setting. From group work, retreats, workshops, and being a member of the Hypnotherapy Medical and Research Advisory Board, Ashlie has witnessed firsthand the impact collective experiences can have on one’s healing journey.
