What – An all men’s, mental health group, led by trained peers. The group will discuss a wide range of topics, each month holding space for a different overall topic. Group members will be able to share, support, and build long-lasting connections with one another. 

When – Starting in February 2025 – group members will meet on the 3rd Thursday of every month! The group will meet from 6:15 pm – 8:15 pm. Admission is $10 and all proceeds support Holos House non-profit. 

Where – Holos House! A non-profit located at 4855 Eastern ave. (Holistic Therapy & Healing).Please follow the driveway to the back of our building.

Why – Men need a safe space to share their struggles, connect with other men who have similar goals and values, to express themselves, and to be seen, heard, and appreciated. Holos House is offering this space and time for adult men to do so! To grow, connect, and support one another.

Who – Adult men looking to expand their support network, challenge themselves, and get to know themselves and others on a deeper level! Our group ranges from singles, married, divorced, kids, no kids, etc.
