Cycle + Yoga Define Collaboration

2/16/25 @ 1130: Join us for a unique workshop, Riding through Adversity, co-led by cycle instructor Kristen Pretorius and therapist/yogi Paige Ballengee. Cycling has tremendous therapeutic benefits- empowerment and emotional strength, resilience and grit, inspiration and release.
