Immerse yourself in a 5-week series intentionally designed to safely explore your emotions, gain practical tools for nervous system regulation, emotional understanding, and somatic processing, and feel deeply supported in nurturing community. Through somatic exploration and experiencing, cultivate greater connection, peace, and presence with yourself ~ feeling more integrated, whole, and embodied. Other Notes: We plan to cover themes of safety & presence, anger & fight, play & humor, grief & disappointment, desire & pleasure.
